DIRTCAR NATIONALS: The Kyle Larson Racing team continues their week in the Sunshine State with six consecutive nights at Volusia Speedway Park in Barberville, Fla. Carson Macedo is set to practice Tuesday at the half-mile oval, followed up by five nights of racing with the All Star Circuit of Champions and the World of Outlaws NOS Energy Drink Sprint Car Series.

#FLinFEB: KLR and Macedo will kick off the annual DIRTcar Nationals in Tuesday’s open practice, allowing the 22-year-old to get some laps under his belt as he has never been to Volusia Speedway Park before. Following that, he will take part in a pair of All Star races on Wednesday and Thursday, with World of Outlaws competition kicking off Friday through Sunday.

MACEDO OUTLOOK: “I’m really excited about this week,” said Macedo. “With Tuesday night’s practice, we have the opportunity get six consecutive nights of track time under our belts. Having never been to Volusia, I’m looking forward to getting in a couple of All Star shows before the Outlaws’ season gets underway on Friday night. I have a lot of confidence in our team and I hope we can go out there and start the season off on the right foot.”
