#FLINFEB: Less than a week after Kyle Larson arrived back in the States from Australia, he’s now headed south to the Sunshine State for seven consecutive nights of racing ahead of the prestigious Daytona 500. The NASCAR Cup Series star will pilot the Silva Motorsports No. 57 in five nights of competition, starting at Volusia Speedway Park in Barberville, Fla., during the DIRTcar Nationals. Following that, he will head over to East Bay Raceway Park in Tampa, Fla., for two nights of competition at the Winter Nationals.
DIRTCAR NATIONALS: The opening two rounds of DIRTcar Nationals will be the first nights of the All Star Circuit of Champions season, with the final three nights being World of Outlaws NOS Energy Drink Sprint Car Series competition. Larson has one runner-up finish at the half-mile circuit coming in 2017, as well as three top-10 scores.
WINTER NATIONALS: The Elk Grove, Calif., native is set to compete in two more nights of action with the All Star Circuit of Champions Monday and Tuesday, February 10 and 11 at East Bay Raceway Park. This will be Larson’s career-first visit to the 1/3-mile clay oval.
