KYLE LARSON RACING TRAVELS TO WISCONSIN FOR THE FINAL TIME IN 2018

CEDAR LAKE SPEEDWAY: The World of Outlaws Craftsman Sprint Car Series continues its 40th Anniversary Season this weekend at Cedar Lake Speedway in New Richmond, Wisc. Kyle Larson Racing and Shane Stewart head to the high-banked, 3/8-mile oval for the fourth consecutive year and will be looking for their first win at the track, as well as their initial triumph of the season.

CEDAR LAKE HISTORY: Previously Larson Marks Racing, the KLR team has visited Cedar Lake Speedway for the two-day event since 2015. In the six trips, the KLR team has earned one top-five, four top-10 scores and has never finished worse than 14th.

HONORING JOHNSON: The racing community has been in mourning for the past couple of weeks, but we’ve also come together to support one of our own. The World of Outlaws will honor our fallen competitor and friend this weekend at Cedar Lake Speedway. The two-day even falls on Johnson’s birthday, July 7, and in celebration of his 41 years of life – he would have turned 42 this month – the Series will run a 41-lap Feature Saturday night.

KLR OWNER: KLR is owned by NASCAR Monster Energy Cup Series (NMECS) driver Kyle Larson. After his runner-up finish at Chicagoland Speedway, the Elk Grove, Calif., native headed to Pennsylvania to take on the Posse at Lincoln Speedway in Abbottstown on Monday where he finished second and picked up the win Tuesday night at Grandview Speedway in Bechtelsville. Larson will be competing in both the NMECS and NASCAR Xfinity Series races this weekend at Daytona International Speedway in Daytona Beach, Fla.
